  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select items for return and generate label
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Drop off at designated carrier location

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Sale items refunded as store credit

4. Return Conditions

Items must:

  • Show no signs of wear or damage
  • Be free from odors or stains
  • Include all original accessories
  • Not be washed or altered

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges
